RULES and INFORMATION

1. Each participant in the Sunday long run program for Summer/Fall 2009 should select a minimum of 2 date and specific location combinations.
2. Locations available for selection are shown above in yellow.  Locations shown in blue are not necessary for that particular date.
3. Email your choice(s) as soon as possible to gatorade@heartbreakhill.orgFirst come, first served!  The chart above will be updated with your selection.
4. If you are unable to fulfill your commitment for some reason, it's your responsibility to coordinate an exchange with someone else.
5. Suggested amounts to supply at each site: 2 gallons of Gatorade, 2 gallons of water, and plenty of paper cups.  If you want to put the fluids in a cooler, please use the inexpensive Styrofoam type (we've had a couple of expensive ones stolen recently).
6. You should drop off the fluids at your selected site on the way to St. Ignatius and should be sure to pick up the excess, as well as any trash, on your way home.

* LOCATION NOTES

1. Mile 18:  Location is at the corner of Exeter Street & the Commonwealth Avenue carriage road, on the north side of the carriage road. The Boston Marathon Mile 18 marking is nearby on Commonwealth Avenue.  Unfortunately we have had coolers taken from this location, so please don't use a valuable cooler.
2. WHS track:  Location is at the baseball backstop next to the water bubbler at Hunnewell Field.  Runners going to the track can carry whatever they need with them, leaving some for those running out and back on Route 16.
