DIRECTIONSThis calculator is intended to help you
calculate your current VO2 Max based upon your
recent race time at specific distance.
If, for example, your most recent result was 43:45 in a 10K race, simply:
- select 10 Kilometers as the Race Distance.
- enter 43 in the Race Time Minutes field and 45 in the
Race Time Seconds field.
- press the Calculate VO2 Max button.
- your current VO2 Max of 46.778 will appear.
